1. Overview & Privacy Commitment

At MultiClash Labs, we prioritize user transparency and respect your personal digital privacy. ArrowMindX was built with an offline-first architecture. We do not require you to register an account, log in with social media credentials, or share any personal identity information (such as your full name, email address, physical address, or phone number) to play the game.

This Privacy Policy explains what limited technical information may be processed by third-party advertising partners when you play the game, how local gameplay progress is maintained on your device, and the specific choices available to you.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To provide complete peace of mind, we explicitly confirm that the Application does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following categories of data:

• No User Account or Registration Data: No usernames, passwords, emails, phone numbers, or profile photos.
• No Precise or Approximate Geolocation: We never request access to GPS or location-based hardware.
• No Hardware Sensor or Media Access: We never access your camera, microphone, photo gallery, media files, or internal device files.
• No Personal Contacts or Address Book: We never read, inspect, or upload contacts stored on your device.
• No Financial or Banking Data: ArrowMindX does not process real-money payment transactions directly or store credit/debit card numbers.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

ArrowMindX uses local device storage (specifically Android's SharedPreferences system) exclusively to maintain your offline puzzle gameplay experience. This information is stored strictly on your local device and is never transmitted to, synchronized with, or stored on MultiClash Labs cloud servers.

This local data includes solely:

• Level Progression: Current highest unlocked level and completion statuses (World 1 through World 10).
• Star Ratings: High-score stars earned per level (1 to 3 stars based on moves and completion).
• In-Game Consumables: In-game hint balances and lightning attempt counters.
• User Preferences: Audio volume toggles (Background Music on/off, Sound Effects on/off, Haptic Feedback on/off).
• Terms Acceptance Flag: A binary local record confirming acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Ad Cooldown Timestamps: A local numerical timestamp tracking the last interstitial ad display to prevent frequent back-to-back ads.

Note: You can reset all gameplay progress at any time within the in-game Settings menu, or permanently remove all saved data by uninstalling the application.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics (Google AdMob)

ArrowMindX is provided as an ad-supported mobile application. To support development and maintain the game free to play, we integrate Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) for displaying interstitial and rewarded video advertisements.

When you play ArrowMindX while connected to the internet, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain device-level information to deliver, target, and cap the frequency of advertisements.

Types of Information Collected by Google AdMob:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID), Android ID, or temporary advertising identifiers.
• Network & Technical Diagnostics: Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, network connection type (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G), device manufacturer, hardware model, OS version, and language settings.
• Ad Engagement Metrics: Ad impressions, ad click-throughs, rewarded video completion events, and fraud-detection telemetry.

5. Worldwide Availability & International Privacy Frameworks

ArrowMindX: Arrow Puzzle is published for a global, worldwide audience via the Google Play Store across all supported countries and territories (including North America, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa).

Because we respect privacy standards internationally, we maintain compliance with key global privacy regulations:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR): For players located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, ad-related processing is conducted lawfully either through user consent or legitimate interest in operating an ad-supported free game. Google AdMob implements compliant European consent mechanisms. You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection regarding any data processed.
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for monetary or other consideration. California residents have the right to know what information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising via device-level advertising settings.
• Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD): Users in Brazil are afforded equivalent rights regarding confirmation of processing and deletion of unnecessary data.
• International Data Transfers: Since Google AdMob operates global server infrastructures, technical ad requests and identifiers may be transferred to and processed in data centers located in the United States or other countries with robust data security standards.

6. No Sale of Personal Data

MultiClash Labs does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal information to any third parties for monetary consideration.

We adhere strictly to privacy guidelines worldwide regarding the non-commercial dissemination of user and consumer data.

7. User Control, Opt-Outs & Data Deletion Rights

You have complete control over your data while playing ArrowMindX:

• Deleting Local Game Data: Because all game data is stored exclusively on your device, you may delete all local progress, stars, and preferences at any time by going to Android Settings > Apps > ArrowMindX > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data, or by simply uninstalling the application from your Android device.
• In-Game Reset: You may also use the "Reset Progress" option inside the ArrowMindX in-game Settings menu to wipe level completions and stars without losing your preferred audio settings.
• Opting Out of Personalized / Interest-Based Advertising: You can manage or disable interest-based advertising at the operating system level on your Android device:
  • Open your Android device's Settings app.
  • Navigate to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads depending on your Android version).
  • Tap "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  You can also manage Google ad personalization across devices by visiting Google Ad Settings.
• Completely Offline Play: ArrowMindX is engineered to work without an internet connection. If you run the game in Airplane Mode or with Wi-Fi/mobile data turned off, no ads will load, and no telemetry or identifiers will be transmitted to any third party.

8. Children's Privacy (Strict 18+ Policy)

Our Application is strictly not directed to, marketed toward, or intended for use by children under the age of 18. MultiClash Labs complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR child consent rules, and Google Play Families Policy directives by formally designating ArrowMindX as an 18+ adult audience game.

We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process information from minors under 18 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information or is using the application in violation of this Policy, please contact us immediately at support.multiclash@gmail.com. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected, we will take swift and reasonable steps to delete such information immediately.

Disclaimer: MultiClash Labs explicitly disclaims any liability, damage, or claims arising from the unauthorized use of the Application by minors in violation of these provisions.

9. Google Play Developer Program Policy Compliance

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in full alignment with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, specifically including the User Data Policy, Ads Policy, and Financial Services & Permissions Guidelines.

ArrowMindX requests only the minimum standard permissions necessary for its intended gameplay and ad-supported functionality:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required solely for loading advertisements from Google AdMob.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to detect whether an active internet connection is present before requesting ads.
• android.permission.VIBRATE: Required solely to trigger pleasant tactile haptic pulses when interacting with arrow puzzle tiles.

The app does not request runtime dangerous permissions such as ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, READ_CONTACTS, CAMERA, or RECORD_AUDIO.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate technical safeguards to ensure that local data remains secure within your Android device's sandboxed storage environment. Third-party advertising partners utilize industry-standard cryptographic protocols (such as TLS/HTTPS) when transmitting advertising requests and identifiers. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or wireless transmission is 100% impenetrable.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

MultiClash Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates in our game features, third-party SDK revisions, legal requirements, or Google Play policy updates.

When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Application after any revisions represents your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
