1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, or interacting with ArrowMindX: Arrow Puzzle. By downloading, accessing, browsing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Game and must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the Application from your device.

2. Age Eligibility & User Representations

To use the Application, you must be an adult aged eighteen (18) years or older. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of installation and gameplay.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to and comply with these Terms.
• You will not permit any minor or child under 18 years old to access or play the Application using your device or Google Play account.
• Your use of the Application does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

If MultiClash Labs becomes aware or has reason to believe that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the unconditional right to suspend or block access to the Game without notice.

3. Limited License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, MultiClash Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to download, install, and execute one copy of ArrowMindX: Arrow Puzzle on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not convey any ownership interest, title, or intellectual property rights in the Application to you.

4. Prohibited Uses & Fair Play

You agree that you will use ArrowMindX exclusively in accordance with its intended gameplay design and all applicable laws. You specifically agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer or Decompile: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, extract source code, or attempt to derive the puzzle generation algorithm, solver routines, or internal architecture of the Application.
• Cheating & Exploits: Use memory modification tools, automated bots, macros, trainers, speed hacks, or third-party software to bypass level progression, spoof star scores, artificially generate hint currency, or manipulate in-game logic.
• Commercial Redistribution: Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, redistribute, repackage, host, mirror, or commercially exploit the Application or any portion thereof.
• Circumvention of Security or Ads: Tamper with, bypass, block, disable, or circumvent any ad-serving components, mediation protocols, rate limiters, or security measures integrated into the Application.
• Unlawful Purposes: Use the Application for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose or in violation of Google Play Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including without limitation its software code (Dart/Flutter, Kotlin, native scripts), visual designs, user interfaces, arrow maze layouts, level architectures, graphics, animations, milestone silhouette models, sound design, musical compositions, haptic scripts, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and the name "ArrowMindX" and "MultiClash Labs", are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of MultiClash Labs and its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by MultiClash Labs. No copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded within the Game may be altered, concealed, or removed.

6. In-App Advertisements & In-App Purchases Disclaimer

ArrowMindX: Arrow Puzzle is provided as a free-to-play, ad-supported mobile application:

• Advertisements: The Game displays interstitial advertisements between levels and rewarded video advertisements that players may voluntarily choose to view in exchange for in-game perks (e.g., extra puzzle hints or lightning attempts). Advertisements are served via Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
• Third-Party Content: Advertisements may direct you to third-party apps, products, or websites. MultiClash Labs does not endorse, verify, control, or accept liability for the content, privacy practices, terms, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
• No Real-Money Purchases Currently: As of the current version, ArrowMindX does NOT offer real-money in-app purchases (IAP) or subscription plans. All game progression is earned strictly through gameplay or rewarded ad viewing. If real-money in-app transactions or remove-ads purchases are introduced in future releases, these Terms and in-game disclosures will be updated accordingly prior to feature activation.

7. "As-Is" & "As-Available" Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MULTICLASH LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MULTICLASH LABS MAKES NO WARRANTY OR COMMITMENT THAT:

• The Application will meet your personal requirements or expectations;
• The Application will operate continuously, uninterrupted, securely, or free from bugs, software errors, or crashes;
• Saved gameplay progress, stars, hints, or settings stored on your device will never be lost, corrupted, or wiped during OS upgrades, device resets, or application uninstalls;
• Any third-party ad content displayed will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for all audiences.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTICLASH LABS, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or personal data;
• Device malfunction, battery degradation, hardware overheating, or operating system incompatibilities;
• Loss of in-game progression, level unlocks, hints, or game states;
• Damages resulting from any unauthorized access, downloading of third-party advertisements, malware from third-party links, or interruption of internet services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MULTICLASH LABS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO MULTICLASH LABS FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100 / APPROX. $1.50 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain in full effect for as long as you retain, access, or use the Application.

MultiClash Labs reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, restrict, or delete your license to use the Game, or discontinue the Game entirely, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the Game, other users, or third-party service providers.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Game and permanently deleting and uninstalling the Application from all devices in your possession.

10. Worldwide Launch, International Users & Governing Law

Worldwide Distribution: ArrowMindX: Arrow Puzzle is distributed globally to international users via the Google Play Store across all authorized countries and regions. By downloading or accessing the Application from anywhere in the world, you agree that these Terms apply uniformly to your access.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Application shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Local Laws & Mandatory Consumer Protections: We make no representation that the Application is appropriate or legally available in every sovereign jurisdiction. If you access the Application from outside India, you do so on your own volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States of mandatory protections afforded by the non-waivable statutory consumer laws of their country of habitual residence.

Jurisdiction: Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction that cannot be derogated by agreement, any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in India.

11. Changes and Modifications to Terms

MultiClash Labs reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. When modifications are made, the revised version will be published on this URL with an updated "Effective Date".

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued download, access, or gameplay following the posting of any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Game and uninstall it.
