1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Multiclash Labs ("Company", "we", "us") governing your download, access, and use of the Smart Whiteboard application (package: com.anzarul.smartwhiteboard).

By downloading, installing, or interacting with the application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not install or use the app.

2. User Content Ownership & Commercial Rights

We deeply respect creators, educators, tutors, and students:

• Complete Ownership: Any drawings, vector strokes, classroom lessons, diagrams, solved problem steps, imported media, or text created on your boards remain exclusively your intellectual property.
• Commercial Teaching Freedom: You possess full rights to monetize, publish, stream, record, or distribute your exported PNG images, multi-page PDF documents, or video screen-recordings created with Smart Whiteboard without paying royalties, attribution fees, or licenses to Multiclash Labs.
• No Content Inspection: Because your boards reside purely inside your local device sandbox, Multiclash Labs has no technical ability or right to access, inspect, or reuse your content.

3. License Grant & Permitted Usage

Subject to these Terms, Multiclash Labs grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Smart Whiteboard on compatible Android devices.

Restrictions: You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application software itself.
• Circumvent or disable any security features or advertising integrations implemented in the application.
• Distribute unauthorized modified APKs or redistribute the application software package on competing marketplaces without express written permission.

4. Monetization & Rewarded Ad Pro Access

Smart Whiteboard delivers professional instructional tools under a fair, transparent user model:

• Free Core Whiteboard: Essential drawing tools (Pen, Brush, Marker, Highlighter, Eraser), pagination, multi-tool palettes, and board management are provided free of charge.
• Rewarded Pro Unlocks: Optional advanced capabilities (including high-resolution 4K exports and premium teaching sheets) can be unlocked temporarily (e.g. 1 hour) by viewing a voluntary Google AdMob rewarded video ad.
• No Unwanted Subscriptions: The application does not impose mandatory recurring subscriptions or hidden debit charges.

5. Acceptable Use & Imported Media Responsibility

When utilizing the camera, image insertion, or PDF import features, you agree to comply with applicable laws:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful authorization or fair-use rights to import any copyrighted textbooks, worksheets, or photographs onto your whiteboard canvas.
• You agree not to use the application to produce or disseminate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or promoting violence or hate speech.

6. Technical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Smart Whiteboard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied:

• Local Data Responsibility: While Smart Whiteboard implements robust atomic auto-saving and crash-safe storage, you are responsible for maintaining backups of critical educational documents by using the built-in Export to PDF / PNG options.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multiclash Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from loss of data, hardware malfunction, or operational interruptions.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your agreement at any time by uninstalling the application. Multiclash Labs reserves the right to terminate or restrict access in the event of severe breach of these Terms or software tampering.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published directly to this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
